Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Account Manager to manage and nurture business relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts from end-to-end, including pipeline building, forecasting, and closing
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive new growth and tailor proposals for complex contracts
- Collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently while meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in CRM, ERP, Analytics, or EdTech
- Proven ability to meet annual quota targets of $1.5M+ with a 4x+ pipeline coverage strategy
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and building relationships at all account levels
- Skilled in developing detailed account plans and identifying whitespace within the total addressable market
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior-level decision-makers effectively
