Accountant Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor and customer invoices, prepare payrolls, and support month-end close processes
• Facilitate client communication, build relationships, and maintain proactive communication with team members and leadership
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and DCAA regulations while monitoring and reconciling accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, highly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle accounting experience
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience with Deltek Costpoint
• Must be a US Citizen
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of GAAP
