Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead and execute core financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Controller in improving the month-end close process and preparing journal entries and reconciliations
• Build and refine financial reporting packages, including balance sheets and P&L statements
• Manage NetSuite, assist with payroll, handle US sales tax, and support external audits

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting and startups
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Willingness to work across all areas of accounting (AP, AR, taxes, payroll, reporting)
