Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, focusing on financial reporting and monthly close
• Experience in Accounting for a publicly traded company
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or other ERP systems
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and project management is a plus
