Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze over 1250 Dealer Customer AR accounts, making collection inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, including processing cancellations and issuing credits
• Document all account contacts and meet collection goals on assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year College Degree
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
• General knowledge of accounts receivable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G-Suite programs
