Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accreditation Manager to lead efforts for NCQA accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure organizational readiness for NCQA standard areas
- Consult on NCQA compliance, reporting, and documentation
- Implement quality improvement projects related to NCQA requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred
- At least 6 years of healthcare/managed care experience, with 3+ years in quality/accreditation
- Experience with NCQA accreditation processes and quality improvement project management
- Understanding of quality improvement principles and methods
