Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Support Associate to provide remote support to the Technical Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update monthly reports using Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Assist with enrollment tracking and termination of services for non-renewed policyholders
  • Support special projects and act as backup for the Innovation Analyst


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of administrative and project coordination experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerPoint and SharePoint preferred
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
