Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to manage digital projects in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects using Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Own the planning process and backlog creation, prioritizing work to achieve value per sprint
• Manage a multidisciplinary team across different platforms while ensuring adherence to standards

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in delivery management of digital projects
• Experience in matrix-managing both onsite and remote teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Formal Project Management training is preferred
• A 2:1 bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
