Agile Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Program Manager - Platform Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate the execution of infrastructure programs, ensuring cross-team coordination and alignment of deliverables
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, driving clear and consistent communication across teams
• Provide status updates emphasizing delivery predictability, risks, and milestones

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Agile Program Management within cloud infrastructure or platform engineering domains
• Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform)
• Experience in SaaS or platform engineering, focusing on scalability and infrastructure modernization
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and facilitation skills in an agile setting
• Experience with metrics-driven visibility and agile ceremonies
