Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of AI tools and agents to enhance automations across the B2B revenue engine
• Build and maintain complex automation workflows in HubSpot and improve operational excellence through system implementations
• Partner with the Data team to integrate AI-driven insights into dashboards for real-time decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system orchestration, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience in building end-to-end automations and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with modern automation platforms like Zapier or Make
• Experience in CRM development and data quality control
• Strong project management and change management skills
