Key Responsibilities
- Implements and monitors quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinates patient outreach efforts and optimizes provider schedules for preventive care
- Conducts audits and facilitates training to enhance staff competency in quality care initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in quality improvement, population health, or clinical operations required
- Experience with payer quality programs and regulatory reporting preferred
- Licensure as a Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN preferred
