We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing customer calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure an excellent experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide requested information

  • Accurately document call details and maintain customer records

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary

  • Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and goals

  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on company procedures and policies

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and handle high call volumes

  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills

  • Must be punctual and reliable
