Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of 8
• Strong proficiency in Databricks, SQL, and Tableau
• Experience with R or Python and translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions
• Exposure to Generative AI or AI-powered analytics applications is preferred
