Key Responsibilities
- Customize and configure applications like HSP and TruCare to meet operational and regulatory needs
- Support data integrity and interoperability between care management systems and state reporting tools
- Document system configurations and participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field
- 3+ years of experience in application configuration or a similar role
- Experience with electronic claims systems such as HSP or TriZetto
- Experience with care management systems like TruCare or Epic
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes
