Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Development & Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in determining technical solutions and integration with business processes
• Develop business work plans for system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements
• Analyze work processes and troubleshoot operational problems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology or related fields
• 2 years of progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology
• Preferred work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge of processes related to assigned areas and applications
• Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
