Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Security Engineer - FedRAMP.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate security controls into the secure SDLC and collaborate with Engineering
• Perform security assessments of applications, identifying vulnerabilities through testing techniques
• Participate in security design reviews and collaborate with compliance teams to meet FedRAMP requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Application Security, including SDLC activities
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27001
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of application security maturity models and SaaS application security
