- Oversees and performs system set-up for client operations requests

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months' experience using Symitar software with a focus on back-office processing
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate complex information in user-friendly terms
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
