Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs system set-up for client operations requests
• Provides hands-on support for system changes and configuration, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation
• Communicates customer needs and expectations with system administrators and team members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months' experience using Symitar software with a focus on back-office processing
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate complex information in user-friendly terms
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team
