Key Responsibilities
- Directs internal audit activities, including risk assessment, planning, execution, and reporting
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective audit processes

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in internal or external audit, with 3-5 years in a management role within a healthcare setting
- Expert knowledge in professional ethics and audit principles
- Proven track record of achieving organizational goals and driving performance outcomes
