Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and annual audits
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP
• Develop staff through performance management, training, and fostering professional relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 4+ years of accounting experience may substitute for degree
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with Netsuite ERP administration and optimization preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
