Assistant Actuary - Nebraska Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Actuary- Modeling to join their Corporate Actuarial modeling team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test actuarial models, adhering to Model Risk Management policies
• Run and analyze recurring model applications, including financial forecasting and stress testing
• Document processes and decisions, and provide guidance to other actuarial associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 2-4+ years of actuarial modeling experience, preferably with indexed life and/or annuity products
• Knowledge of Prophet software is strongly preferred
• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries designation
• Advanced knowledge of insurance products, actuarial theory, and industry regulations
