Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mortgage Disclosure Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile final versions of the Closing Disclosure and ensure compliance with all requirements
• Monitor and address requests in the PCCD Inbox while adhering to service level agreements
• Identify trends in tech or process failures and communicate findings for remediation

Required Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of TRID regulations
• Experience in reviewing historical disclosures for discrepancies
• Highly proficient in Encompass operation and functionality
• Strong understanding of finance fee calculations and APR reviews
• Experience in a mortgage compliance or disclosure role
