Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance, Practice Management RBO Controllership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics for the Practice Management/US Oncology business unit
• Provide financial variance analytics tied to key performance indicators to enable financially prudent decision making
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple finance and accounting teams to ensure thorough understanding of financial performance

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 12+ years of finance experience, including 4+ years of management experience
• Experience with SAP, BPC/TMI, Essbase, Tableau, and advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
• M.B.A/CPA preferred
