Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director to establish core processes and drive strategic decision-making in business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual budget process, identifying key financial metrics and analyzing trends
• Support financial planning and analysis, business case development, and other processes to drive business outcomes
• Communicate finance outcomes and key decisions to leadership and assist with ad-hoc projects related to strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's Degree is a plus
• 12+ years of experience in finance, strategy, and/or healthcare
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
