Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Finance and M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the multi-year strategic long-range plan, ensuring alignment with company strategy
• Conduct regular reviews of business performance and strategic alignment, tracking key business and financial KPIs
• Evaluate and support potential M&A and capital markets transactions, performing financial modeling and valuation analyses

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and key drivers of growth
• Strong background in M&A, including deal assessment and post-deal integration
• Expertise in financial modeling and translating data into strategic insights
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
