A company is looking for a PTP Manager to oversee Procure-to-Pay business processes and implement standards for enhanced financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management of inbound documents and invoice processing teams
- Conduct PTP reconciliations and ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Supervise vendor onboarding and address vendor inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with SAP ECC-S4/Hana and Concur
- 2+ years in a supervisory role in accounting or finance
- Experience in high transaction organizations with 3-way invoice matching
- Knowledge of U.S. and Canada Tax Reporting and Unclaimed Property processes
