Program Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project variances and prepare financial data for internal reviews and reports
• Monitor funding of BPA awards and coordinate with Contracts and Project Managers
• Ensure financial compliance and provide guidance on cost issues to program management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and dashboards
• Preferred experience in budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience with funding approval and subcontractor invoice verification is preferred
• Knowledge of CostPoint, Cognos, and MS Office applications
