Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning and analysis in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning
• Collaborate with department leaders to track performance against budgets and provide financial insights
• Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with headcount planning and tracking changes between scenario versions and actuals
• Familiarity with ERP systems and planning tools, with a preference for Adaptive Planning experience
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting in a fast-paced environment
