Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Analyst to ensure accuracy in mortgage disclosures and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of the Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate
• Maintain accurate records of communications and actions related to the disclosing process
• Deliver mortgage loan disclosures securely and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations for various loan programs
• Familiarity with the Loan Origination System (LOS) Encompass is preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Ability to self-direct and adapt to changing timelines and deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite
