Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value and insights
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll visibility
• Lead monthly client meetings and provide insights for business owners, while ensuring compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting and operational processes and technologies
