Associate Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Development Director, Individual Giving.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors
• Develop strategies to increase individual giving revenue from $300,000 to $500,000
• Manage annual fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship events

Required Qualifications

• Live in Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin at the time of application
• 6-8 years of experience in major gifts, annual giving, or donor stewardship
• Experience with donor database and CRM systems
• Passion for environmental and climate justice
• Bachelor's degree preferred; significant relevant experience may substitute
