Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years
• Proven experience in managing large-scale data projects and leading high-performing teams
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and familiarity with clinical systems
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages
• 4+ years in a management role overseeing analytical insights and business operations
