Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Business Data Analyst to support its Enterprise Data Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage and telemetry data to uncover trends and optimize customer experience
• Partner with R&D and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide business-focused recommendations
• Act as a liaison between R&D and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or related fields in SaaS/technology environments
• Strong SQL and BI skills; experience with Python or R is a plus
• Skilled in gathering requirements and bridging technical and business teams
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights
• Solid understanding of SaaS product KPIs such as activation, adoption, retention, and engagement
