A company is looking for an Associate Director, Search - Pharma Media.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of paid search campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
- Build and refine keyword strategies, ad copy, bidding approaches, and audience targeting
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in search engine marketing (SEM) with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Deep understanding of SEM tactics, campaign structure, and audience segmentation
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
