Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join their team.

• Gather and document business requirements for CRM specifications
• Support the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a product or technical implementation role, preferably with CRM systems
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Power BI, and similar software
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
