Workers Compensation Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Product Manager, Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and quality of the Workers Compensation product through understanding NCCI and rating bureau rules
• Oversee product changes from annual rate revisions and collaborate on the revision process
• Provide underwriting knowledge to enhance automated underwriting and ensure compliance with state regulations

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of experience in a workers compensation product role with a strong understanding of NCCI and Bureau classification
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Technical ability to manage engineering projects preferred
• Knowledge of Pay as you go is preferred
• Experience with AI principles and tools is a plus
