A company is looking for an Auto Property Damage Claims Trainer to design and deliver training programs for auto claims adjusters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured training programs on auto property damage claims
• Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and experienced adjusters
• Evaluate trainee performance and monitor training effectiveness to drive improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in auto property damage adjusting, preferably in a training capacity
• In-depth knowledge of auto physical damage estimating and repair shop procedures
• Strong understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, particularly in FL, TX, and GA
• Proven ability to lead training in virtual and/or hybrid environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms
