Job Summary
A company is looking for a B2B, Digital Asset Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the timely delivery of assets to MSO partners, ensuring all materials are complete and accurate
- Monitor delivery workflows to proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues
- Serve as a liaison between B2B teams, content partners, and internal departments to align on timelines and delivery requirements
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in digital media operations or partner-facing asset management
- Strong understanding of content delivery workflows and asset specifications for MSO and B2B platforms
- Familiarity with common file formats, codecs, and metadata standards for video and audio
- Experience with delivery and workflow tools (e.g., Aspera, Signiant, FTP)
- Proficiency in Mac and PC environments
