Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client performance by producing reports and reconciling large datasets
• Create and manage the client costing tool while maintaining data infrastructure
• Assist with the annual client renewal process for healthcare benefits and document business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred
• Typically 2+ years of experience with relational databases and complex spreadsheets required
• Experience in healthcare analytics and/or insurance preferred
