Bilingual Clinical Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare members for telehealth visits and coordinate care post-visit
• Manage orders and coordinate with home health partners for DME and nursing services
• Triage clinical issues and provide patient education and advocacy

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Two years of patient-facing experience, preferably with telehealth
• Experience in primary care is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
