Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Support Consultant in the Mortgage sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Pricing Exception and Relationship Pricing requests, ensuring correct loan pricing and eligibility
• Handle Post-Closing Loan Modification requests and collaborate with sales and servicing teams
• Monitor adherence to policies, manage incoming requests, and track/log all request details accurately

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Degree or relevant experience
• Proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Excel
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
• Preferred experience in Mortgage pricing and familiarity with Empower
