Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical support engineers
- Analyze support request trends and improve service quality based on developer feedback
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues related to Public APIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in technical support, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Experience with API-related issues (RESTful, GraphQL, SOAP) is preferred
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira and CRM platforms
- Experience developing KPIs and using data for operational improvements
