Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Manager to lead a team assisting developers with API-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical support engineers
  • Analyze support request trends and improve service quality based on developer feedback
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues related to Public APIs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in technical support, with at least 5 years in a management role
  • Experience with API-related issues (RESTful, GraphQL, SOAP) is preferred
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira and CRM platforms
  • Experience developing KPIs and using data for operational improvements
