A company is looking for a CPC Processor.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and conduct business on the telephone while providing excellent customer service
- Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries received via telephone, email, or written correspondence
- Document all calls, inquiries, and resolutions in detail within the software systems
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Experience with a multi-line phone system is required
- Computer proficiency, particularly in MS-Office at an intermediate/advanced level
- Experience in data entry, medical records, healthcare, or insurance claims processing is beneficial
- Ability to pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
