Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist (English/Spanish, Sales).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and assist with enrollment via a smartphone app
• Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients and convert those calls into enrollments
• Create exceptional patient enrollment experiences and provide insights for team improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Preferred experience in customer support, outbound calling, and sales lead conversion
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to navigate push-back
• Tech-savvy with multitasking abilities across different systems
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
