Key Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing and implementing departmental initiatives
- Measure and monitor KPI metrics related to AR performance and prepare reporting on key metrics
- Train and educate staff on new process changes and troubleshoot client concerns
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Expert knowledge in Billing Processes
- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and good decision-making abilities
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
