Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to provide financial management support and coordinate with project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial management support including client invoicing, verifying chargeable time, monitoring budgets, and generating reports
• Address inquiries from Project Managers and clients collaboratively
• Coordinate assigned staff and work under minimal supervision on complex assignments

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of billing experience
• 2+ years of experience in an Architecture or Engineering firm preferred
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required
• Familiarity with Deltek Vision is a plus
