Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bodily Injury and Litigation Auto Claims Examiner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex high-value bodily injury and litigated claims
- Develop strategies and action plans for claims in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Field and address ongoing questions and issues from business partners through claims resolution
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- 3+ years of experience in program requirements definition and data metrics for improvements (preferred)
- Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials (preferred)
