A company is looking for a VP of Brand to architect and execute brand strategy and creative direction for global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop the brand platform, identity, and visual systems
- Lead brand creative direction for campaigns, packaging, and design assets
- Implement messaging strategies and community advocacy programs to enhance brand awareness and loyalty
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in building and scaling consumer brands (DTC, CPG, lifestyle, beauty, or similar)
- Proven success in blending brand strategy, design leadership, and messaging
- Expertise in art direction and creative production for digital and physical touchpoints
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and its impact on performance metrics
- Experience in scaling product-led brands to a global, omnichannel presence
