Bridge Loan Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bridge Loan Specialist to manage loan processing and underwriting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate loan advance amounts and condition loan files based on applications and documentation
• Provide internal communication regarding loan status and maintain a daily pipeline of loans
• Review title reports and insurance to ensure compliance with lien positions and security interests

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter
• Strong knowledge of underwriting processes, lending systems, loan products, and credit reports
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated success in a remote work setting and collaboration with a distributed team
