Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stock Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Develop reporting processes and systems, and maintain relationships with outside equity administrators
- Assist with regulatory filings and provide customer service to equity plan participants
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years in Stock Plan Administration or Compensation for publicly traded companies
- In-depth knowledge of equity administration software, preferably E*TRADE
- Experience with US and Foreign tax issues related to equity compensation
- Experience with SOX compliance
