Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Finance Manager to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly close under GAAP and ensure accuracy of transaction reporting
• Partner with external accountants for reconciliations, audits, and tax compliance
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau for real-time metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
• 4-8 years of experience in finance or accounting in a high-growth business
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau
• Understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
• Experience with large data sets and cross-functional projects
